DELIVERY TIMING - Most parts ship within 5 - 10 business days. If we have the products in our warehouse your product will ship within 24 hours. Please note ALL PARTS SHIP AS SOON AS AVAILABLE via the method chosen upon checkout. You may email email@example.com if you choose to confirm availability prior to placing your order. Some factory only parts are subject to longer than usual lead times and may require up to 3 weeks or more for delivery. As soon as you place your order you will get confirmation by email and within 1-2 business days you will receive updates regarding tracking or shipping timing. Most orders ship via UPS ground but drop shipping warehouses may ship via method of their choice.
When calculating shipping timing remember that weekends and holidays are not delivery days. Saturday and overnight deliveries may be available but you must contact our offices to request these special services.SOME PARTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE such as GLASS, DOORS, FIREBRICK SETS, GAS VALVES, SNAP DISCS, CONTROL BOARDS, and more.A minimum 10% cancellation fee will be charged to ALL canceled orders.A minimum 25% re-stocking fee will be deducted from refund for all authorized returns.Prices are subject to change.
Some manufacturers have products for which weights are not readily available. In some cases additional shipping costs may be due and shipments will be delayed until we receive your approval of these additional charges. You may email any questions regarding shipment of your items to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to confirming your order.
Signature requirement for your delivery is available upon request. If you request signature required upon delivery in the COMMENTS BOX during check-out an additional $3 fee will be added to your order. Otherwise, the package will be left at your door, or as close as possible.
RETURNS/FAULTY PARTS/INCORRECT SHIPMENTS/BROKEN ITEMS must be reported by email and requests made within 30 days for credit/replacements/corrections. If approved, specific instructions will be sent by email and must be followed for any credit/replacement to be available.
RMAS- ALL returns require authorization. Return Merchandise Authorizations EXPIRE AFTER 30 DAYS
Faulty parts covered under warranty and approved for return will be replaced; no refunds will be given.
FACTORY DELAYS/BACKORDERS/FACTORY ONLY PARTS/SPECIAL ORDERS ALL PARTS SHIP AS SOON AS AVAILABLE via the method chosen upon checkout. Items ordered with expedited shipping may not be immediately available and no refunds or discounts will be available unless request for change in shipping method is received in email and the warehouse successfully changes status requested before the item ships to the customer.
Once electronic parts like Control Boards and switches are shipped, they may not be returned.
CANADIAN and International customers may be charged for customs fees which are fully the responsibility of the customer. Allow 7-10 business days for most international shipments. ALL PARTS SHIP AS SOON AS AVAILABLE via the method chosen upon checkout.
Shipping and handling charges are calculated LIVE and are not refundable in most cases.
