Quadra-Fire 5100 Spring handle removal

Question:

How do you remove spring handles. My blower is noisy so I will need to either repair or replace. My manual says to first remove handles but does not say how. Thank you, Lloyd

Answer:

typically spring door handles are removed by twisting either clockwise or counter clockwise while pulling. they are never easy to remove. to replace, push firmly while twisting.
