Hi, was happy to find a website that provides Quadra-fire pellet stove parts after looking for a while.just wondering why you want to charge me $13.00 to ship a $19.00(your price) part to the east coast. (the #1 125 degree snap disc for a Castille pellet stove) It wieghs less than an ounce and could be shipped in a small padded envelope for almost the price of a stamp...ok maybe a buck or two. $13.00?? come on now... I'd love a reply, David R. let's hear it:

Unfortunately, Quadra-fire will not ship direct to our customers like a lot of our suppliers do. So we have to charge a little extra to double ship and handle the part.
We'll be more than happy to order that part from Quadra-Fire for you. |
