I have been attempting to locate and purchase parts for my wood stove for over two months now and have been completely unsuccessful in attempting to do so in OR and WA.
It seems like all of Lennox's so-called dealers are only interested in selling stoves and not replacement parts.  This is sad because repeat business is predicated on customer relationships - mainly service as your company is providing.  It sure is refreshing to see a company that is service oriented.  I have even attempted to contact Country in WA to no avail which I think is pathetic.

Recently I found myself in a bit of a pickle with my Quadrafire Pellet Stove because the auger motor had burned out which resulted in the loss of one of my home’s primary heat sources.  After over 20 attempts to contact several of my local Quadrafire Dealers and several emails and calls to Quadrafire Corporate (which were allegedly escalated to the Regional Manager – don’t know who because he never responded) I was unable to locate a replacement auger motor.  All this, during the WORST winter on record here in Virginia!!
Then I found your website and, thank heavens, you were able to help me.  I spoke with Taren, who helped me through the entire process.  She was extremely helpful and even offered to send me some information regarding the replacement procedure if I had any trouble – WOW!!  She had the part to me in the 2 days that was promised when I placed my order
After so many disappointments by my local dealers and Quadrafire Corporate, I sure am thankful that I now have a trustworthy source for all my pellet stove’s needs. Thanks so much for your help and please tell Taren thanks as well.  You guys rule!!

Just a quick note to let you know how great the customer service provided by Dave REALLY IS.  I called on Saturday trying to find a part for an old pellet stove - Dave went way above and beyond the call of duty in researching and locating the part I needed.
Despite the fact that I gave him little info to go on, Dave found the part, validated it was the right one for my stove and was spectacularly resourceful, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and kind throughout the process.
As I said to my wife after the call, Dave is probably the best customer service rep I've ever done business with. Period!  You folks are luck to have him.

I just want to personally thank everyone for all of the helpful, friendly and knowledgeable service I received.
After being without any source of heat for 2+ weeks, I was able to order and receive the needed igniter the very next morning, and a Sat. early morning delivery to boot. In fact the part arrived prior to 8:30 AM.Sat. and by  2 PM that same afternoon, I had heat!
Being in CO and experiencing very cold (freezing) weather and just recovering from the flu virus, heat was essential and as quickly as possible!
I would highly recommend your company to anyone and everyone! I will be a customer for life.
Thank you for seeing me an "someone" as opposed to just another "customer".

It has been a long time since my stove arrived, but it was finally installed
yesterday.  I couldn't believe that the installer people were backed up a
full 5 weeks before they could install mine.  
I wanted to thank you for "going the extra mile" when delivering this stove.
As you might recall, the original shipping destination wasn't very
convenient for me.  I called, and your team was willing to work with me to
change the destination to someplace closer.  I'm not sure what magic you
used, but in the end, the shipping company delivered it to my door and put
it in my garage (there it sat until yesterday). 
Now, for the first time in the eight years I have lived at this house, my

family room and kitchen are warm.

January 18, 2010 “I bought my Equinox Hearthstone woodstove the fall of 2009 and love it. I draw heat with temperature activated blower from a duct over the stove in the basement. “Soapstone is so much better product than steel and cast. It warms the room it is in when 500 degrees at hottest output, but no one is uncomfortable in the same room. I did some checking around here and I'm not convinced that the glass shops are getting me the right glass, so could I ask a favor?  Could you give me the contact info for your local glass shop?  At least I know that it is the right stuff, and I would imagine that they'd ship it to me.
 I appreciate your help--It's so nice to deal with someone who has actually heard of a Whitfield pellet stove and who is willing to share their knowledge.

Thanks so much for your information!  I thought you were a central service or customer service company for the corporation office, as my sister got your address from I don't know where and asked me to get the info we needed.  As you can see, we are the blind leading the blind in this regard!  Sorry we are not in your service area, because you definately are customer driven and my kind of business!  I do go out of my way to use small, local businesses in my area, which is Florida.  Don't have much use for pellet stoves here, I might add! 
Will follow your suggestions, and once we locate someone to help us this weekend, will find out for sure our model and will request the appropriate manuals from your business.  Thanks again for your kind assistance.

11-05-08 - I recently ordered a tadpole gasket (Quadra-Fire dealer exclusive gasket) from woodheatstoves.com. It took less than a week for me to receive the gasket. The staff at woodheatstoves.com was very helpful and courteous. The reason I ordered from woodheatstoves.com, was because my local Quadrafire dealer has been ordering this gasket for me for over 2 months (to date I still have not received it). I tried to contact another dealer in my area (30 miles away) and my calls went unanswered. Fortunately, I was able to find a parts supplier online. This was my last option as I had already had a replacement stove selected (not a Quadra-Fire) and my current Quadrafire stove was going to be a trade in. Seemed kind of drastic just because I could not get a gasket, but the stove was inoperable without it.

Just wanted to say thanks for the help with the part for my Quadra-fire pellet stove (exaust motor). Your price even with over-nighting it was still $47 cheaper than the dealer by me (who wouldn't even have the part till the middle of next week). This is my main source of heat and I have three children. What made this situation bad was the snow/sleet we had. The UPS man was here at 8:30AM the next day. Perfect Service. A quick note of thanks regarding the excellent service that Wood Heat System provides: Our local QuadraFire dealers in central Massachusetts are difficult to get parts from -- it usually takes 2-3 weeks time, they charge for shipping (but refuse to ship items to a residence), and generally make ordering parts a hassle. To Dave & Everyone at Wood Heat Stoves, Over the weekend I installed the replacement firebrick and the heat baffle deflector I bought recently from you all. The replacement products went in like they were exact original factory parts without the direct factory prices. My Whitfield Quest II is about 12 years old and has been pushed to the max up here in the Northeast. I was also impressed with the time it took to ship the products from Cali to Connecticut. I received these items in less than a week. The prices were less than what my "stove guy" quoted me and after four weeks of waiting he still had not received the parts he said he would order for me. So I went on your web page and ordered them myself! I have been dealing with a self proclaimed "largest Whitfield" dealer in Connecticut and they are the worst to do business with, it's virtually impossible to speak to someone in person...they are just a bunch of knuckleheads. With Wood Stove Heat Sytems, I spoke to a real human on the fourth ring of the phone call, and with the added feature of being able to download the owners manual, and identify the Whitfied parts I needed off your web page, the transaction was painless, and flawless. Your staff is friendly, courteous, and definetly know their stuff. Cranked up the stove Sunday afternnon just in time for the low 20's temps here in Ct. and more importanly, my wife was warm and HAPPY! Thanks Again, Paul from Ct.

I installed the igniter that you sent me today, and my stove works great!  I was discouraged after working with my two local distributors because they could not (or would not) help me and I was discouraged even more so after attempting to get information on quality distributors out of the manufacturer.  I stumbled on your site after doing Google search.  Working with your business has been a pleasure.  Your site was easy to use, your delivery was speedy, and the service was seamless.
