Glass, doors, and factory only items may require longer than usual lead times of up to 3 weeks or more for delivery. As soon as you place your order you will get confirmation by email and within 1-2 business days you will receive updates regarding tracking and/or shipping timing. Most orders ship via UPS ground but drop shipping warehouses may ship via method of their choice.
2nd day and 3rd day orders will ship AS SOON AS PARTS ARE AVAILABLE. Weekends and holidays are not delivery days. Saturday and overnight deliveries may be available, you are welcome to contact our offices to request this type of service. Some manufacturers have products for which weights and/or costs are not readily available. In some cases additional shipping and/or product costs may be due, orders will be delayed until we receive authorization of these additional charges. You may email any questions regarding shipment of your items to email@example.com prior to confirming your order.
A minimum 10% cancellation fee will be charged to ALL canceled orders.
Signature requirement for your delivery is available upon request. If you request signature required upon delivery in the COMMENTS BOX during check-out an additional $3 fee will be added to your order. Otherwise, the package will be left at your door, or as close as possible.
RETURNS/FAULTY PARTS/INCORRECT SHIPMENTS/BROKEN ITEMS must be reported by email and requests made within 14 days for credit/replacements/corrections. If approved, specific instructions will be sent by email and must be followed for any credit/replacement to be available.
RMAs- ALL Return Merchandise Authorizations EXPIRE AFTER 30 DAYS
Faulty parts covered under warranty and approved for return will be replaced; no refunds will be given. Warranty period if applicable, begins on DATE OF PURCHASE.
SOME PARTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE or a 50% or more restocking fee may apply. Note most chimney materials, control boards, glass replacements, door replacements, refractory kits, electronic parts and special order items are NON-RETURNABLE items.
A minimum 25% re-stocking fee will be deducted from refund for all authorized returns. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
BACKORDERS - ALL PARTS SHIP AS SOON AS AVAILABLE via the method chosen upon checkout. Items ordered with expedited shipping may not be immediately available and no refunds or discounts will be given unless request for change in shipping method is received in email and the warehouse successfully changes status requested before the item ships to the customer.
Once valves, refractory kits, electronic parts like control boards and switches are shipped, they may not be returned in most cases.
