This part is the Whitfield Combustion Blower for Whitfield Pellet Stoves - this includes blower housing - Whitfield part number 12056010 LX
This blower does not include the gasket.  The gasket for this blower assembly is located by clicking here.  

This is an aftermarket alternative to the factory original part which costs more and can be found by clicking here.  

This blower is also available as a "motor only" option which is less costly and easier to install. It is listed as Lennox part #12056009 which can be ordered by clicking here.
