Terms of Sale

    By using this website and making a purchase you agree to the Terms of Sale:
    • Allow one to two business days for order to process. 
    • Please note ALL PARTS SHIP AS SOON AS AVAILABLE via the method chosen upon checkout.
    • We offer over 30,000 parts.  We only stock the most popular, in most cases parts must be ordered from the manufacturer which are subject to their logistics, delays, back orders, production and shipping schedules. Most ship in 7-14 business days, HOWEVER, As we approach winter and the burn season please keep in mind there will be extended delay in some cases of replacement parts ordered being shipped sooner than later. COVID has affected all manufacturing.

      We will notify you when ORDER has been shipped. Part(s) for order fulfillment by the manufacturer/supplier/warehouse is anywhere from 6 to 8 WEEKS or longer, depending on the season and their inventory/production/manufacturing logistics.

    • Quadrafire/Dovre replacement parts ARE ALL Special ORDER, are nonreturnable, nonrefundable and cannot cancel after order is processed to QF.  QF parts have a minimum 10 business day, up to a month or more, lead time unless otherwise advised after order is placed. 

    • We use UPS, USPS, FEDEX, different products ship via different carriers.  Large, heavy or dimensional(such as chimney pipe) products may have to ship truck and therefore might incur additional fees. 
    • Orders do not ship same day, EVER.
    • EXPEDITED shipping choice does not expedite part availability and order fulfillment, therefore it is NOT offered.
    • Manufacturer direct ship parts are subject to delay or extended lead times.
    • You may email part number(s) to to confirm availability ahead of ordering.
    • Glass, doors, special order and factory only items may require longer than usual lead times of up to 3 weeks or more for delivery.
    • As soon as you place your order you will get confirmation by email.
    • You will receive updates regarding tracking and/or shipping timing as soon as they are available.
    • Weekends and holidays are not delivery days. You may email part number(s) to to confirm availability ahead of ordering.
    • Some manufacturers have products for which weights and/or costs are not readily available. In some cases additional shipping and/or product costs may be due, orders will be delayed until we receive authorization of these additional charges. You may email any questions regarding shipment of your items to prior to confirming your order.
    • A minimum 10% cancellation fee will be charged to ALL canceled orders. 
    • ALL Order correspondence needs to be submitted in writing.
    • Signature requirement for your delivery can be required by for orders over $300.00.  If you choose not to have this requirement you will be responsible for loss or damage and can make that request in the comments box during checkout process.
    • RETURNS/FAULTY PARTS/INCORRECT SHIPMENTS/BROKEN ITEMS must be reported by email and requests made within 14 days for credit/replacements/corrections. If approved, specific instructions for RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) will be sent by email and must be followed for any credit/replacement to be available.  REQUEST needs to be sent in writing via email to

    • Faulty parts covered under warranty and approved for return will be replaced; no refunds will be given. REQUEST needs to be sent in writing via email to
    • Warranty period, if applicable, is by supplier or manufacturer, begins on DATE OF PURCHASE.  Most electronic parts have a 30 day warranty, Mechanical parts such as blowers or augers have a 1 year warranty.  Due to the sensitive nature of igniters and gas replacement parts, they do not carry any warranty.  ALL gas stoves/inserts/fireplaces should be serviced/repaired by a qualified technician! If a warranty issue should arise, contact us for instructions in writing at
    • DOES not warrant any replacement part.
    • SOME PARTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE or a 25% or more restocking fee may apply. Note most chimney materials, gaskets and gasket material, control boards, glass replacements, door replacements, refractory kits, electronic parts, ALL gas valves/GAS PARTS, refractory kits, switches and special order items are NON-RETURNABLE items.  
      • GAS valves are never returnable as it is a safety precaution that they cannot be guaranteed not defective or compromised, therefore not resalable. 
      • A minimum 25% re-stocking fee will be deducted from refund for all authorized(RMA) returns. Unauthorized returns are not accepted, will be refused and sent back.
      • BACKORDERS - ALL PARTS SHIP AS SOON AS AVAILABLE via the method chosen upon checkout. Items ordered with expedited shipping may not be immediately available and no refunds or discounts will be given unless request for change in shipping method is received in email and the warehouse successfully changes status requested before the item ships to the customer.
      • MANUALS: PDF download of "manuals" is nonrefundable.  We DO NOT mail a "hard copy" any longer.  You will receive an email within 24 business hours with the download link to obtain the manual you ordered, you can save it or print it.
      • INTERNATIONAL customers may be charged customs fees by their Country for orders which are fully the responsibility of the customer per terms of respective Country. Allow 3-10 business days for most international shipments. PARTS SHIP AS SOON AS AVAILABLE via USPS
      • Shipping and handling charges are calculated LIVE and are not refundable,  shipping is the responsibility of the consumer on authorized returns.  We are not responsible for shipper's delays or errors on expedited orders.  Ground shipping has no arrival guarantee.  All orders are shipped insured with tracking.  If a product arrives defective or broken, a claim will be submitted with the shipper against insurance for replacement.  Suppliers drop ship orders via their chosen shipper at their discretion.  NO refunds.
      • HEAVY item(stoves, chimney systems, refractories to name a few) freight or LTL(less than truckload) HAVE to be calculated independently of this site, unless otherwise advertised or promoted on the product page and ARE NOT "Free Shipping". You will be contacted with the freight/shipping amount.
      • Free Shipping is only offered in the U.S, not including Hawaii and Alaska.
        Free Shipping is through the carrier of our choice, usually a "ground" service with no guarantee of arrival.  Allow 3-10 business days for most ground shipments to arrive.  Offer subject to change without notice.
      • "FREE" freight shipping, when offered, is only in the Continental US to a business address with loading dock or forklift or nearest shipping terminal for pick up.  RESIDENTIAL delivery and/or lift gate services is an additional service and cost not calculated at checkout.
      • Special offers and discounts, when available, are per customers placing their orders without assistance, and cannot be applied after order completed. **May not apply to orders placed over the phone for assistance from our staff.
      • Reproduced replacement parts for older and discontinued brands and models of stoves are not guaranteed to fit or function as the original as the integrity of the unit has changed over years of use.

      Stove repair can be dangerous with damages to products, property and persons resulting from installation without proper qualifications and training. Whoever orders and installs these parts takes full responsibility for the proper installation of these parts by qualified technicians and any consequences of their handling this process. Wood Heat Stoves & Solar, Inc. and the stove manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any damages to products, property or persons resulting from purchasing parts or information from our company.
