This low cost Generic Vacuum switch replaces any existing Vacuum Switch but may require creative mounting to maintain vertical alignment, as noted on the unit, which is usually the way the original was mounted on the stove. In some cases only one screw will align with hole on existing mounting. Some technicians have even mounted them with a plastic zip tie to the existing switch or drilled a second new hole in the sheet metal with screws that are included.
